New B Green for Pinjarra

We’re excited that ground works for our new B Green have commenced, with Green Planet Grass contracted to undertake this Pinjarra Bowling & Recreation Club project.

Our ‘B’ green had deteriorated to a stage where it was not up to the standard required for pennant and other events and as a result, members agreed to upgrade ‘B’ green, enlarging it to be the same size as the new ‘A’ green i.e. 38 x 40 metres and have a sand-filled synthetic surface (currently a ‘carpet’ surface).

Thank you to our members for assisting with site preparations – removal of scoreboards, rink numbers, grey scoreboard posts, overheads of shelter opposite rink 3, created fence opening and lifted surrounding pavers.

Works are expected to be completed prior to the start of the next pennant season.
